Reagent Alcohol Absolute
Product Description:
Reagent Alcohol is a specific form of denatured ethanol to which 5% methanol and 5% isopropyl alcohol have been added as the denaturants, rendering the alcohol unfit for drinking. The added denaturants allow for less restriction on transactions compared to permits required for pure or SDA ethanols, and related excise taxes that would apply to pure (or un-denatured) ethanol.
